I drew this for myself. :_: It's been a while since I drew a doodle for myself haha. xD;; It's actually based on the early designs of Sailor Moon. 
After drawing this I can kinda see where they pulled a lot of the ideas off of Princess Sailor Moon in PGSM. n.n I never realized how many similarities are between 'em!~
Anyways I colored this with a broken mouse. -_-;; I plan to go back and get all anal on it. That didn't sound right but like there are a million boo boos I need to fix~ T_T;; Waaah~~
